2. Core Financial & Operational Responsibilities

Project Accounting & Earned Value Analysis: Multi-year EPC contracts ke liye IFRS 15 ke tehat percentage-of-completion (PoC) revenue recognition ko implement karein. Project budget variances, committed costs, aur margin slippages ko track karein.
