2. Core Duties & Key Deliverables
- Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA): Review and implement activity-specific Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and Method Statements, identifying potential hazards before site activities commence.
- Permit to Work (PTW) Oversight: Manage complex PTW systems encompassing confined space entry, hot work in petrochemical/fuel storage zones, radioactive testing (NDT), and high-elevation rigging.

3. Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

- Mandatory Certifications:
