- Enterprise Infrastructure Management: Direct the architecture, lifecycle management, and daily reliability of core enterprise data centers, SAN/NAS storage arrays, VMware vSphere clusters, and hybrid Microsoft Azure/AWS cloud environments.
- Network Architecture & Connectivity: Oversee high-capacity LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and enterprise wireless deployments across multiple facilities utilizing Cisco, Aruba, and Fortinet platforms.

- Vendor & SLA Governance: Negotiate enterprise Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with global technology vendors and telecom carriers (e&, du) while enforcing strict hardware maintenance SLAs.
3. Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 8 to 12 years of progressive enterprise IT experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role (IT Infrastructure Manager, Head of Infrastructure, or IT Operations Director).
